Through my trainings I have a thorough knowledge of childbirth processes, pain management techniques, and the physiological and emotional aspects of labor and delivery.
I respect and acknowledge diverse cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and practices related to childbirth. I support everybody and every birth!
I pride myself in my ability to provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
Our time together before birth is dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for you. We'll chat about your birth preferences and any hopes, dreams, or even fears you may have. We'll explore comfort measures and focus on the emotional side of birth, so you feel empowered and ready for this big day.
When labor begins, I'll be there to support you and your partner every step of the way. I'll offer continuous comfort with things like breathing techniques, positioning, and counterpressure. My hands-on tools, like the Rebozo and a Birth Sling™, can also help. I'll also be your advocate, helping you communicate with your medical team so your voice is heard and honored.
Once your little one arrives, my support continues with postpartum visits. Whether you need emotional support, breastfeeding guidance, or just an extra set of hands with infant care, I'm here for you. I also offer more hands-on support through postpartum doula services and overnight newborn care.
