As you prepare for one of life's most transformative experiences, you'll feel that sense of strength and support as we walk this journey together.
Our time together before birth is dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for you. We'll chat about your birth preferences and any hopes, dreams, or even fears you may have. We'll explore comfort measures and focus on the emotional side of birth, so you feel empowered and ready for this big day.
When labor begins, I'll be there to support you and your partner every step of the way. I'll offer continuous comfort with things like breathing techniques, positioning, and counterpressure. My hands-on tools, like the Rebozo and a Birth Sling™, can also help. I'll also be your advocate, helping you communicate with your medical team so your voice is heard and honored.
Once your little one arrives, my support continues with postpartum visits. Whether you need emotional support, breastfeeding guidance, or just an extra set of hands with infant care, I'm here for you. I also offer more hands-on support through postpartum doula services and overnight newborn care.

Meet Hope, Your Birth Bestie!
It all started with motherhood. Childbirth was a life changing event for me, and it has made me who I am today. Soon after my first child was born I began to photograph women in labor. Witnessing the energy of labor and the strength of mothers during this time was the start of my passion for birth work!
My love grew stronger over the years and I became a birth and breastfeeding advocate, volunteering my time to support women and breastfeeding mothers.
I have trained with Childbirth International in breastfeeding counseling and birth doula skills. I have worked as a trained midwife assistant during home births. I have both NRP and Birth Emergency skills training certifications.
I am a proud member of the Doula Alliance of Arkansas and a Certified Doula working along side the amazing Arkansas Doula Team in Little Rock.
When I am not attending births I am homeschooling my two kids in beautiful Central Arkansas. I am an easy going Mama who loves supporting and celebrating women during their birth and breastfeeding journeys!
