What I Offer:

  • I meet with you and your partner and establish a professional connection. You can ask me any questions you might have and I will go over the role I play as a doula, advocate and support person.

  • The first session will serve as time for me to understand deeper about what type of birth experience you are desiring. This will help me understand how to support you better. We will talk about birthing options and comfort measures that will help you during labor! The first session is also a time where we go over my contract in detail and I can answer any questions you might have.

    During our second session I like to review and finalize your birth plan. This session is also a great time for your partner to be involved, as we will often practice a variety of techniques that I will utilize during your labor. We will go through the birthing process stage by stage.

    Session Three is all about the postpartum experience, newborn care and how to cope with postpartum emotions. It is a great time to talk over your postpartum care plan. We will also do an emotional check in during this session and talk over any lingering anxieties you have about your labor or postpartum.

  • From the time you hire me until 2 weeks after you deliver I will be able to be reached by phone for support. You can reach out to me at anytime if you have questions or if you just want to talk about how your doctors appointment went! I am here for you during your entire pregnancy!

    I have a BIRTH SWING™, Rebozo, peanut balls, and birth balls for labor.

  • 2 weeks prior to your due date until you deliver I am on call 24/7 for your needs.

    When you call me out to your birth I will be with you until you deliver, providing continuous support.

  • After your delivery you will receive a postpartum care package from me with various goodies and necessities! A 50$ value!

Postpartum & Over Night Care

The transition into parenthood is not an easy one. Why not have a doula to help you in the first few days or weeks?

As your postpartum doula I will provide a sense of calm and confidence as you navigate the challenges of early parenthood.

The support I provide can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your family, and can be a valuable resource during this transformative time.

  • I would love to help create a nurturing environment for you & baby by assisting with new born care while you rest, household tasks, meal preparation, grocery shopping and light cleaning.

    I can also facilitate communication between parents and healthcare providers during doctors visits.

    I will be able to assist with any breastfeeding questions or concerns.
    $125

    Sessions are booked in 4 hour increments but hours can be personalized to fit your needs.

    Travel fees apply to areas outside of Saline & Pulaski counties.

  • Who doesn’t love a good night’s rest? As your overnight doula, I can come to the rescue from those long sleepless nights! I provide constant new born care and support for an entire 8 hours while you rest peacefully in the next room.

    $200 / per shift
    $1000/ A month- 2x week

Birth Photography

Birth photography captures one of the most profound and intimate moments in your family's life—the birth your child! I focus on documenting the raw emotions, powerful expressions, and tender interactions that occur during labor, delivery, and the first moments of your newborn's life. Your photographs will be a visual story of strength, love and new beginnings- a keepsake to cherish for generations.

As a skilled birth photographer, I understand the unique environment of the birth space. I am discrete, and aim to preserve the authenticity of the experience with out interrupting the natural flow of your labor.

This session includes 24/7 on call status leading up to your birth. Minimum of 45+ photographs in your downloadable gallery.

Golden Hour Postpartum photography

Captured with in the first 48 hours after birth, these precious postpartum photographs capture the sweet newness of you and baby. Siblings, grandparents, family & friends who are meeting your baby for the first time are encouraged to be apart of this session.
